APRIL
30, 2007 HOME OWNERS BOARD MEETING NOTES
|
| There were many complaints about very poor
planning and follow-up SNOW REMOVAL.
Many home
owners voiced there opinion on the rudeness of the front
office and property manager.

FEBRUARY
26, 2007 HOME OWNERS BOARD MEETING NOTES
|
| John Noonan, the president of the association for
the past 12 years spoke openly about the serious and
daunting challenges facing home owners in the Sheffield
Community TODAY! Of course the the residents of
Sheffield are outraged at the performance and ability of
the in-house transition and snow removal has been a
disaster!!!!
The alleged lower cost for in house, i.e. 4 paid
employees and 2 out sourced offset the poorly planned
execution of snow removal by the association. |
JANUARY
25, 2007 HOME OWNERS BOARD MEETING NOTES
Did you know that Sheffield Towne residents are
paying more then $94,720.00 every month to our
Association Board.
Every year the Sheffield Association Board
allocates greater then
$1,136,640.00 various projects and programs.
Did you know that the Association Board is actually
considering spending over $2,400.00 to purchase
5 camera phones
with walkie-talkie and camera features.
Additionally they are THINKING that a monthly
service charge for a 1000 minute shared plan is more
then $200.00 per month!!!
That's a total of at least
$4,800.00 for 5 phones! Who's MONEY are
they spending... Association Payment required for
the 1st year... is $4,800 divided by $160 equals 30
payments. It will take the home owners nearly 3 years
just to pay for the startup cost for the 1st year of service! Don't forget this is a 2 year contract for
total cost of operations for 2 years will be over
$7,240.00 Assuming there are no accessories added (HaHa),
No repairs or insurance.
Why would an
intelligent BOARD even spend time
considering such options.
There Reasoning is... they NEED 5 Cameras
on the street in order to SOLVE
our GARBAGE Problem here at the Sheffield Towne !!!!
I tested
there theory last week and it only took 36 minutes to
traverse the entrie complex to find 6 or so violations.
This includes the time to took to take the picture. So
if you seen me around the neighborhood this is the
reason.
How are we compensated for
SERVICES that are NOT fulfilled!
For 2 years
running Oxford Court's LAWN CARE was NOT fulfilled!
The first trimming of the year was 4th of July weekend.
and then only 1 additional at years end... Although on
Walnut Ave, specifically the EAST side of the street
were the Association Vice President lives and the ACTING
property manager (ACTING) live! Is this just a
coincident or is this a story of
"STEALING FORM PAUL TO GIVE TO PETER".
Have your Ever Received a
letter from the Association CLAIMING
that you VIOLATED an Association
Rule on GARBAGE?
You are NOT alone... So now you realize how
ridicules it is to THINK that putting a camera in every
hand, which will only CAUSE more problems.
The BOARD FAILS to address the
real issues, hence we live with a continuing
problem!
