Should we form committees for Grievance, Maintenance, Architectural Control, Social and Recreation, and Finance. The committees advise the board on matters that pertain to each individual committee and performs other functions as the board directs. Additionally, it is the function of each committee to hear complaints from members and dispose of such complaints as it deems appropriate.
