Are the Sheffield Homeowners Being Foolish, Lazy, Don't Care

Do We get Quality Work From the Sheffield Towne Property Managment ?

To The President;

Could you tell me why your employees left the job unfinished during the dead limb removal of the tree in my front area?

On June 20th, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, the Sheffield Board of Directors, led by The , filed a FALSE statement with the Schaumburg Police Department.

The Property Managment called the Schaumburg police to report a LARGE group of people causing a disturbance on the property.

As the police officer rolled into the South entrance to the Sheffield parking lot, she rolled down her window and asked if I was The Property Managment .

I replied no, and pointed her to the Sheffield Clubhouse where the Board of Directors led by The were having an emergency meeting to discuss all the pressure and push back of their persistent ongoing push for power, which had led to this false statement.

Paul Meyers and Pedro Gasron have disrupted their non-homeowner-friendly takeover of the community.

After the officer finished speaking to The President, he was very disappointed that they would do nothing to us, a LARGE group of originally only THREE Sheffield Townhome residents, and a fourth as I approached.

The Office told us that The Property Managment basically made a false statement to the Schaumburg Police Department.

This board's mindset is that of a disparate Sheffield Towne Board and property Managment attempting to reach the same community they are supposed to be serving.

They only serve themselves for reasons yet to be uncovered.

If this vote passes be assured there will be special assessments for pet projects, increases in monthly association fees, more rules and fines and wasteful spending of OUR money. They are close to successfully pass this terrible vote so act now before its too late.

I will vote "NO" to more FINES, RULES, AND STA BOARD POWER and hope for your support; submitting a second proxy vote with a NO vote will supersede your original proxy.
